Equality Index
Since 1 March 2020, companies with more than 50 employees must publish their gender equality index. This is a regulatory obligation, but also a major objective for Lojelis, as part of its Workplace Wellbeing policy.
Our gender equality index in 2021 is 81 points out of 100.
